DELIVERY & RETURNS
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU (UK ORDERS ONLY)?
Goods must be returned unworn and undamaged in original packaging with all tags intact. You can post your item back to us and a refund will be issued upon receiving the item, shipping costs are exempt from this. Any item received after the 14 day period will be returned back to the sender with no refund made. If there is a manufacturing fault with your garment you are welcome to return the items back. Please include all paperwork given to you when making a return.
You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one that can give you a 'Certificate of Posting' because unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for the parcel until it reaches us.
If you choose to send with Royal Mail we recommend all items are sent recorded delivery, if you have sent your item recorded delivery you will be given a slip with a tracking number e.g. DH 1234 5678 9GB if you enter this on the Royal Mail website you will be able to see if the item has been delivered to us and who has signed for the item. Once your order has been refunded you will receive a confirmation email.
A confirmation email will be sent once the item has been thoroughly checked and refunded.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
Refunds can take up to 14 WORKING days to be processed.
When you return your item(s) to us please make sure you include some paperwork detailing your order number, reason for return and whether you require an exchange, refund or credit note. Without this information we cannot process your return.

Deliveries
All our parcels will be shipped within 24hrs, your parcel will be sent using a trackable service and will need to be signed for upon receipt of the items.
If you return your item(s) to us directly without using the returns portals above please make sure you include some paperwork detailing your order number, reason for return and whether you require an exchange, refund or credit note. Without this information we cannot process your return.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you place your order before 12 noon, our express service aims to deliver the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Please note that weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Orders received after 1pm on Thursday will be processed on Monday morning.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer Express delivery to remote areas of the UK such as offshore islands and the Scottish Highlands. Please note that all items are sent Recorded Delivery and will not be left at your address without a signature.
NOTE: We do not allow "Leave at a safe place" option. If you choose that through DPD then we are not responsible for your lost packages.
