Christmas Returns

Shop with confidence this year, all items purchased from the 04th November onwards are subject to our extended Christmas returns period, meaning you can return your items to us for a full refund, exchange or credit note up until Friday 07th January

Order before 12pm 30th December and use DPD-Pre 12 for Guaranteed NYE Delivery 🎉🎉

Deliveries

All our parcels will be shipped within 24hr via DPD, your parcel will be sent using a trackable service and will need to be signed for upon receipt of the items.

Shipping charges are as follows:

DPD 1-3 working days delivery time: £5.95

Europe Track & Trace £15.00

Free Delivery On Orders Over £150

If you place your order before 12 noon, our express service aims to deliver the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Please note that weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. We only provide next day delivery between Monday-Thursday. Orders received after Thursday will be processed on Monday morning.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer Express delivery to remote areas of the UK such as offshore islands and the Scottish Highlands. Please note that all items are sent Recorded Delivery and will not be left at your address without a signature.

NOTE: We do not recommend any packages to be left in a safe place. If a customer chooses that option with DPD, then it is at their own risk. We will not take any responsibility for such lost packages.

Returns/ Exchanges 

Goods must be returned unworn and undamaged in the original packaging with all tags intact. You can post your item back to us and a refund will be issued upon receiving the item, shipping costs are exempt from this. Any item received after the 14 day period will be returned back to the sender with no refund made. One exception for returns is underwear & swimwear, due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned. If there is a manufacturing fault with your garment you are welcome to return the items back.  

Exchanges- Please allow 14 WORKING days for your exchange to be processed.

Refunds - can take up to 14 WORKING days to be processed.  

Extended Christmas Returns Policy

If your gift was purchased on or after 07 December , you can return it to us by 14th January for a refund. The item(s) must be in a sellable condition and clearly not worn with all tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?

By post:

You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one that can give you a 'Certificate of Posting' because unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for the parcel until it reaches us.

If you choose to send with Royal Mail we recommend all items are sent recorded delivery, if you have sent your item recorded delivery you will be given a slip with a tracking number e.g. DH 1234 5678 9GB if you enter this on the Royal Mail website you will be able to see if the item has been delivered to us and who has signed for the item. Once your order has been refunded you will receive a confirmation email.

Please include the original paperwork with your return or make sure you include a note which includes your name and order number. If you fail to do this we may struggle to allocate your return and it could take longer for us to process.

A confirmation email will be sent once the item has been thoroughly checked and refunded.

Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
