As a whole knitted fabrics can be used in so many ways, from the set gauges to the actually fabric being used as the button and cuban collar polo feel the same but looks wise the only difference is the collar but it is lightweight and slimmer fitting whereas although it is Merino wool the Open collar feels a little thicker and more rigid.
