Not sure what to say apart from disappointed even though I still love the brand. What I ordered isn't what I received as you can see from this picture. I wanted the hat in the pic for a reason. Not why they think they would rather send me an alternative without noticing or what? I would appreciated being told the item was out of stock and I can decide if I wanted the one in the pic or not. I already have the same pattern in a different colour hence why I wanted a different pattern. Disappointed!
