HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU (UK ORDERS ONLY)?
If you wish to exchange or return your order please use our UK returns portal which can be located here:

Please include all paperwork given to you when making a return in order for us to correctly allocate your return. Goods must be returned unworn and undamaged in original packaging with all tags intact & attached. You can post your item back to us via the portal above and a refund/exchange or credit will be issued upon processing of the item, shipping costs are exempt from this. Any item received after the 14 day period will be returned for credit if it meets the above criteria/ back to the sender.
In the unlikely case that there is a manufacturing fault with your garment please specify this when returning and we will handle these on a case by basis to ensure the best possible action.
Refunds can take up to 14 WORKING DAYS to be processed.

UK SHIPPING
Royal Mail (Β£2.99): 2-5 Working Days (Monday - Friday) (Free Royal Mail shipping on all orders over Β£100)
DPD (Β£5.95): 1-3 Working Days (Monday - Friday)
DPD Next-Day Delivery (Β£9.99): Order before 3pm (Monday - Thursday)
If you place your order with DPD before 3pm, our express service aims to deliver the next working day. Orders placed with DPD after 3pm will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Please note that weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be processed on Monday morning.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer Express delivery to remote areas of the UK such as offshore islands and the Scottish Highlands. Please note that all items are sent Recorded Delivery and will not be left at your address without a signature.
NOTE: We do not allow "Leave at a safe place" option. If you choose that through DPD then we are not responsible for your lost packages.
