Please note that with exchanges, you will not be charged when we send it back to your address, but you will be charged when initially returned to us.
• In the unlikely case of a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@belier.com or specify when returning which we will handle the case by case to ensure the best possible action.
• Must be unworn, undamaged & still have the tags on the garment (If sent back with any of these, then it will be returned to the sender)
• Any item that is sent back after the 14-day period will either be returned for store credit (via a gift card)
