HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?

Please ensure your name and order number are included when returning an item so we can correctly process your return. Goods must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact and attached. You can return your item via the portal above, and a refund, exchange, or credit will be issued once the item has been processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Any item received after the 14-day return period will be issued as store credit, provided it meets the above criteria; otherwise, it may be returned to the sender.


In the unlikely case that there is a manufacturing fault with your garment please specify this when returning and we will handle these on a case by basis to ensure the best possible action.

*Please remember that Underwear cannot be accepted as a return item due to Hygiene guidelines*

Refunds can take up to 14 WORKING DAYS to be processed.

UK SHIPPING

Order up until 8pm and select Royal Mail 24 Next Day Delivery - (Excludes Sunday Delivery) delivery to receive your order next day.  

We also offer guaranteed delivery  before 12pm which is free for orders over £150 or can be selected at checkout for a fee.

If you place your order with DPD before 4pm, our express service aims to deliver the next working day. Orders placed with DPD after 3pm will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Please note that weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be processed on Monday morning.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer Express delivery to remote areas of the UK such as offshore islands and the Scottish Highlands. Please note that all items are sent Recorded Delivery and will not be left at your address without a signature.

NOTE: We do not allow "Leave at a safe place" option. If you choose that through DPD then we are not responsible for your lost packages.

We Ship Globally! All International orders are shipped via trusted couriers in your country. We do include Duties and Taxes in the prices displayed so there are no hidden costs when your order arrives however, some countries like the US & Switzerland, taxes and duties will be calculated at the checkout due to the countries regulations.
