If you place your order with DPD before 3pm, our express service aims to deliver the next working day. Orders placed with DPD after 3pm will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Please note that weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be processed on Monday morning.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer Express delivery to remote areas of the UK such as offshore islands and the Scottish Highlands. Please note that all items are sent Recorded Delivery and will not be left at your address without a signature.

NOTE: We do not allow "Leave at a safe place" option. If you choose that through DPD then we are not responsible for your lost packages.

• Send back with paperwork (Returns form filled out). This helps us identify who you are, your order with us & how to proceed with your order (Refund/Exchange). Please note that with exchanges, you will not be charged when we send it back to your address, but you will be charged when initially returned to us.
• In the unlikely case of a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@belier.com or specify when returning which we will handle the case by case to ensure the best possible action.
• Must be unworn, undamaged & still have the tags on the garment (If sent back with any of these, then it will be returned to the sender)
• Any item that is sent back after the 14-day period will either be returned for store credit (via a gift card)
